Unfortunately, an incident did occur during their trip where they accidentally damaged the camper's ladder. However, the way they handled this situation was excellent. Instead of avoiding or denying responsibility, they informed me about the accident and told me they would pay to have it fixed. The damage was fully paid for, without any disputes or hesitation on their part. Their straightforwardness and accountability in handling the incident, and their promptness in resolving it, has increased my trust in them immensely. While the damage to the camper is regrettable, it's important to note that accidents do happen, and the character and integrity displayed by Wilma in handling the situation is commendable. Their responsibility and honesty in addressing the issue outweighs the temporary inconvenience caused by the accident. The way they handled this incident was a clear demonstration of their respect for my property and their willingness to make things right, which is highly appreciated. For these reasons, I would not hesitate to rent to them again in the future. Their great communication skills, punctuality, and integrity have made them ideal renters, despite the incident. I would definitely recommend them to other camper owners looking for responsible and accountable renters. I gave them 5 stars because their response to the situation was so good. As owners, we understand that things can happen, and it's the way these situations are handled that truly shows a renter's character. Wilma and her family have shown themselves to be of high calibre. In conclusion, Wilma and her family were great to deal with, and I look forward to renting to them again in the future.
