Great camper. Couple were very helpful with helping explain everything and getting us set up. Towed it with my Tacoma with no issues. Perfect for our family of 6.

Holly was fantastic, the trailer was perfect for our trip, easy to hook up, light to pull. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and the bed was so comfortable! Thanks Holly!! Highly recommend!!

Where to start…I think this is a fair review of our experience. I'm a newbie at this (first timer) but readers need to know the type of user I/we am/are: I'm OCD for cleanliness. I know how to make general repairs, even on the go without sacrificing aesthetics and will take care of what's before me (even not mine) and will own up to issues caused by me. Our kids are both under 13 and we ensure they too live the way we do life. First; big mistake made by myself was to fully trust the host at the time of pick up, that all issues identified at drop off could have been avoided or not discussed. A few examples: I should have open/closed all doors to ensure operations, locks/keys working, blinds operable, exterior panels/bolts secured, etc…and to take pictures and videos! Second, this unit, later finding out, was not new to the host, and must be the 2nd owner, was not in top condition. I/we settled for it because it was the only one available for the dates we needed and could fit a family of four. Third, mentioning cleanliness - this unit was not as clean as I would have expected as it was also part of the booking expense. As a few examples, the bunk beds had sand and debris around and under the padding. Behind the murphy bed/sofa was dirty and had debris under/beneath it. The sofa itself wasn't as clean at the time of pick up and same as the retractable dining area. Fourth, during our use, I had advised of one the cabinet doors falling off after opening a few times (normal operations). I mentioned to the host that I was able to screw the hardware back in while using glue in the screws to hold into the fibre board. I used tape to keep the door close to the kids don't open it. My mistake was using the wrong tape as after taking it off, the tape took off some veneer (I’m thinking this was due to the age of the Unit, not just the type of tape used). I can list others from our experience but I didn't want make a fuss out of it considering the items mentioned above, as my failed assumption was, renting "as is." Now, we pay the price of loosing a major chunk of our deposit for this veneer damage - definitely not a way to end a memorable trip, nor an item I want to dispute about since I know nothing about RV veneer repairs on aged units. Don't get this review wrong, the host was great at the time prior to the booking. It's the situations that led and worked its way through the booking that became a not so great experience (more so for this grown up). Last, for future renters - please check the tire pressures and see that tires are new. I picked up the unit and noticed all four tires were under inflated (less than 23 psi; which I feel is too low for any vehicle as the tires max is 50 psi) and that the tires had a lot of cracks (definitely the age of the rubber showing). I did not mention the rubber condition to the host at the time of drop off because I was already disappointed with what was pointed out at the final walkthrough and wanted to get it over with.
