Trailer had a great set up. Royce was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything perfectly. RV was clean and ready for us. Any damage that was in the RV was explained to us before the trip, which was appreciated. Hope that the few minor details are dealt with before the next renter!

Royce was very friendly and extremely easy to deal with. We were the first ones to use the trailer this year and there were a few maintenance issues that impacted our trip. Dead batteries that wouldn't take a charge, a broken/missing window and a leaky toilet. I am certain these things will be rectified before the next rental agreement will be executed so no need to worry! The trailer has a good layout with a big bunk area for the kids. The pick up location is in the deep south. Perfect for trips out that way.

Royce delivered and set up the trailer for us. We had an issue with the hot water tank and Royce drove out from Calgary to address our concerns. Very personable. He gave us an excellent bottle of red wine for the minor inconvenience.
