Susanne T.sept. 2022Livré par l’hôteThe RV was fine. In decent shape overall but looks to have had a fair bit of wear and tear. There were a few things lacking 1. The supplies in the kitchen were sparse (bowls)- which if I had been camping would have brought but assumed we would have been supplied... We brought all of our consumables like paper towels and tinfoil/soap etc and the store is close by so not really a huge issue. 2. The outdoor kitchen was inaccessible - which then required us to bring our large and very heavy cooler, inside. This was challenging. The location can't be beaten. Leslie B.août 2021Livré par l’hôteThis was definitely a 5 star experience, the RV is so spacious and well laid out compared to others I have rented, and the owners,Nellie and Kyle make it a great experience with all their extra touches to make it feel like home. I don't usually sleep well in any bed but my own, but slept very well in the enclosed bedroom suite. My granddaughters LOVED the back area with the four bunks . The AC worked well so in this heat we were very comfortable. The outside flip up storage with fridge and cupboards was so handy as is the outside exit door to the bathroom . I could go on, but my seven year old granddaughter summed it up well in the guest book with her drawing of 5 stars. The owners have everything ready for you and did so much to help make sure everything went smoothly. We had an issue because the spot I had booked was to small, and they helped work with the campground to make sure we had something even better! The unit is great for families and has some minor scratches which makes me feel MUCH better about it, as we are a family and we don’t want camping things to look like a museum. The only reason I didn’t want to put a 5 star rating is because I know it won’t be available next time I want to rent it lol!
- Sandra L.sept. 2021Just looking for a little give & take. A week before rental we were notified that the outdoor kitchen was broken, offered a mini fridge in compensation. No problem. On pick up day we were notified the trailer was in for repairs again for a leaking roof. No problem. Were told the bathroom smelled a little funky, so please add in a sewer puck. No problem. Were told the gauge for the sewer always shows as full, so just ignore it. No problem. Told that we had to pay for a professional cleaner rather than cleaning it ourselves due to Covid. No problem. Added the sewer puck as told... however rather than falling into the tank it sat on top of a clogged sewer pipe. We found a stick and knocked down the pile of toilet paper and crap. No problem. Parked trailer, and proceeded to kill 15 large ants crawling around the walls and floor. No problem. Over the next 2 days, killed another dozen large ants. No problem. We showered a few times in the trailer and used the toilet mainly for peeing at night. Returned the trailer one hour late, and couldn't find a sewer dump location.
