She was great at explaining and showing us everything about the trailer. The trailer was very clean, tidy and very spacious! This was exactly what we were looking for. - Craig S.juil. 2022Livré par l’hôteThe trailer was OK once we cleaned it to my wife's standard. Heather dropped off the trailer on the a.m. of the 13th. Unfortunately, the water in the tank smelled like "shit". ( I worked for 18 years as a sewage plant operator so I know the smell of poop. She left us with a 18L bottle of water for dishes. When she picked up the trailer, she said she had filled the water tank at the park when she delivered it. Why leave city water. Did she know the water smelled so bad. I met a fellow the next day and he said he could fix it and he did, for a cost of 200.00. Also, when we saw the mattress in May, it seemed very thin. Heather told us had just purchased a new one just before we got the trailer. The mattress was a light foam style and very uncomfortable. I had the buy a queen air mattress for 100 dollars so that we could sleep there for the two weeks. There were other small things like the cleanliness of the drawers and the condition of the cookware but we had our own so that was not an issue. The 300.00 I had to fork out was!!!. Anyway, the vacation is over and we survived.

Heather was excellent to deal with and answered all my questions. It was my first time using RVezy and it was a great experience. I had Heather transport the trailer to my campsite. Heather arrived on time and setup the trailer for us to use. Heather explained how to operate the trailer which was very helpful. I would definitely rent from Heather again. Thanks Heather

Heather dropped/picked up the trailer and explained everything within the trailer. Renting this trailer definitely made our camping experience more enjoyable!
