Speaking of Sputnik, my fur baby, I am a devoted pet parent who cherishes the time spent with my furry companion. With consistent and polite communication, the unit was delivered and set up for us! All the "bells and whistles", lawn chairs, hammock, pull out, fridge etc was done for us while we continued our visit with friends at the site, and when the unit was picked up from us we recieved the same wonderful treatment! Rodion was so helpful, polite and a joy to work with!!!! Thank you Rodion, for our amazing 1st timers experience!!!!! Please keep up the host manners, you are wonderful!

The A/C wasn't working due to a part the owner had ordered (& paid for) but he was gracious enough to provide us with 2 fans (which we needed in +35°C temps for 4 days). He was also very accommodating for pick up & drop off.

Everything in the trailer worked as it should, plenty of lighting etc and was even cool enough in the evening which was a nice relief from the summer Sun. Owner was nice and quick respond- Kelly S.oct. 2023Make sure you get the owner to drive the unit out of the storage yard as there avery deep divets in his chosen storage yard and the Trailer will bottom out on the way out of the yard and he will charge you for damages that the state of the storage yard causes. Make sure to take pictures of existing damage to the trailer IE broken window and broken awning. Other than that Rodion was very polite and went above and beyond helping me with the RVEzy website which was very much appreciated!
