They expected us to arrange our work schedule around when they needed to pickup the trailer and when we weren’t able to do that they threatened to cancel. When we came to an agreement and we gave them a discount, they showed up an hour late for pickup. They were also late for drop off causing us to be late with our next booking. If they had notified us of being late that would have helped but we were not able to get in contact with them at any point. They also said that our fridge and sink didn’t work and they worked fine upon drop off inspection, so I’m not sure what that was about. They did return the trailer fairly clean.
