Being a first time trailer user, he has been very patient and helped me out with even small queries. The camper was extremely clean and fully equipped with all appliances, we travelled with kids and they really had an amazing time. He was very thorough when we picked up the RV. The RV itself was fantastic - very clean, stocked with everything you need, awning, stereo etc...
