Brian was very good to deal with, very responsive , on time and flexible to work with. The unit went out by accident with a broken hot water tank and Brian was very understanding and good about things. The trailer is very clean and looks just as good if not better when it went out. People like Brian are one of the reasons I rent my camper out! Brian is very knowledgeable of RVs, he treated my trailer as if it were his own. Everything was cleaned and put away upon pickup time. Highly recommend Brian as a renter!
