As a first time renter of a camper, we were excited to have access to extra amenities during our yearly family camping trip. Brian did respond in a reasonable amount of time to all messages and it was nice having access to A/C as our trip was booked during an extremely hot week. It was also relatively clean for the amount of use this camper has most likely seen. Unfortunately we did have a few issues that were not dealt with. The first thing being the hot water tank being busted which first caused the camper to flood when we hooked up water not knowing about the issue. Once we cleaned up the floors and figured out the problem to let the host know we were told there wasn’t anything he could do because his son had baseball, even though we were camping about 20 minutes from his residence. Therefore, we were left with limited cold water and no hot water access. We experienced multiple leaks over both pop out beds during the rainy days and nights that soaked the beds leaving an even worse smell. There was also a third leak above the bathroom that caused a puddle on the floor. We tried to be understanding during our trip but when we addressed the issues we were given an apology and an extremely low discount offer. Needless to say we will not be choosing to rent again. Especially through this particular host.
