We had a great trip to the Kootenays. It took me a bit of work to figure out how to put the tent trailer up properly when we arrived. I phoned Jim a couple of times and he was most helpful. Jim was excellent to deal with and the RV’s was great.

Jim and his wife were very informative. Jim took the time to help us with rewiring the connection of the trailer, due to disproportionate wiring of our truck. He was patient and was able to get us on the road and drop off inspection was done quickly. The couple was very friendly and allowed us use of their washroom and offered water which was much appreciated. We also were able to come to a mutual agreement of charges.

Jim is Fabulous to deal with! The Tent Trailer was everything we expected and Jim was Extremely helpful for us "first timers". We needed to contact him with questions several times during our Rental, and he responded immediately. Highly Recommend!!!

Jim and his wife are very professional they even tried to accommodate our time when we have to meet him up a little bit early as when we arrive Kelowna earlier than the original time. Nice couple. They even came back the next day to bring us another set of host as when we needed a longer one for the hook up. I will recommend their rv there are even games provided for the kids to use, didn’t had the chance to use them as we basically just use their trailer for sleeping at night as we are out and about all day! Thanks Jim!

Awesome unit and owner! Has lots of room and pulled well behind my sienna. I suggest renting it one more day than you need to ensure you aren’t push for time on the return day. Stress free experience!

The owners of this RV were pleasant, friendly, a very easy realxed experience for the renter. The Tent Trailer unit was perfect, equipped with everything we needed, roomy,clean and comfortable! Access online to the rental and booking process was simple and quick as was picking up and dropping off the unit. Would definately be using this service in the future. Thank you to Jim and his family for helping us out (they even got the unit ready for us before season opened), making this holiday week a great experience my family. Thank you
