We had a great time renting crystals tent trailer. Kept us dry during a night of rain, and was easy to tow. Heater didn’t work when we rented it, but that was made clear before we rented, so it was expected.

This was our first time using a tent trailer and we had a great experience with the sweetheart. Everything worked great and kept us dry. Crystal was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the wiring on our end and they spent their time to troubleshoot with us and got us in contact with a trailer and hitch shop to fix the wiring issue the next day. Not only did Crystal and Bob go out of their way to help us, they generously refunded us for the one night we missed.

Great people to rent from! However the trailer was older and a bit rundown.

Crystal was great to deal with. She communicated well over the course of our trip when we had questions. We loved camping our family of 6 in the Sweetheart. It was a huge upgrade from a tent! We loved how simple it was to set up and take down and once it's opened up it feels very spacious inside! There were some issues with the door and getting the lights and fridge to work, which she will be tweaking, but we are accustomed to tenting without power so it did not affect our positive experience.
