Elissa and Wendy were super helpful and nice, the van was super clean with a lot of necessities. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in in a long time.

Sturdy unit and no need for electrical hook up. Handles well and reasonable on fuel.

Elissa is a great host, very communicative, kind, helpful and accommodating. The van met our expectations, it's easier to park as it occupies the same space as a large truck. The mattress was very cozy and there's plenty of storage space for all your needs.

Great experience! Good value, perfect van for me and my husband. The bed was very comfortable. It got hot on our trip so the ceiling fan was nice. We spent time in Revelstoke and Banff with the van. Elissa was very responsive to our messages. A perfect way to see the national parks.

Our trip in this van was the best. The bed is very comfortable and we stayed warm even when it was snowing outside. We didn't get stuck on the snowy road so that was a plus too. Great van for a trip in the Rockies, highly recommend! Great communication from Elissa too, she was super helpful and accommodating during the whole process.

We had a fantastic time in this camper, it was well-equipped for our Banff adventure. Elissa was incredibly accommodating, quickly responding to any of our questions and helping us coordinate our airport pickup/ dropoff. When the temperature dropped to close to 0 degrees Celsius, we stayed cozy and warm in this campervan. The 'kitchen' was stock full of all of the supplies we could have wanted, and the van was full of storage for all of our bags, clothes and things we needed throughout the trip. Would happily recommend this van to others!

Great van, had a wonderful time, at this time of year an electrical heating device would have been great since we booked camping space with services, but overall would do it all over again

The service of Elissa and her mother was incredible. They are available to answer your questions or to accommodate you. The comfort of the Van is great and the bed is very comfortable. Both Elissa and Wendy were great at communicating with me. I only spent one night in the van as it was very cold just this past weekend out at Johnston Canyon. When I booked the van, with the van described as “fully offgrid” and the notation of the “heater”, I had made the assumption that the van had a source of heat/propane set up for the colder nights, however, it didn’t. I should have asked these questions prior to renting and not assumed as my previous offgrid rental was through Karmavan that provided a fully offgrid conversion. All in all, cute van, got me from point A to point B and would be a great van for the summer months!

We had a lovely time with this RV at a friends wedding on a rural property. We had flown from Ontario to Calgary and used the airport pick-up/drop-off option which went very smoothly. We basically just needed a bed, but the back of the van had many other camping items, we just didn’t need them! Elissa and Wendy answered my many questions very promptly!! Would recommend.

Great van for two people. Had a great trip and got really lucky with the weather at the end of August. Bring supplemental power and light sources for the back area or it gets really dark after sundown.

It was our first van road trip but a great one! We really enjoyed our week. There was a lot of space in the van, the bed was very comfortable, we had enough space to store our things. The finishes are great and we particularly appreciated the lights, the easy access to water, and the fact that we could easily aerate the van.

This camper van was perfect for our hiking trip! It has everything you need and is very comfortable for two!!

Everything was perfect and Elissa was really helpful. I would definitely recommend renting her campervan.

The van keep the road and easy to drive. The fridge wasn't working. Needed ice to keep some food. Solar panel wasn't working half of the time. Needed to boost the van 2 times. Need more cleaning.

One of the great experience we had in this beautiful camper van. Runs like a beast, no issues at all, insulation keeps you warn in the cold nights. Also Elissa and Wendy are super helpful and easy to work with. Overall good experience and communication.

Elissa’s van is great and drives well. We spent 5 nights in Banff and Yoho national parks. The bed is very comfy and Elissa is very responsive and accommodating. Would certainly rent this van again!

We loved the Van and Elissa and her mom - Wendy. The car is fully equipped - solr energy, water, stove, fridge, cutlery etc. It's advantage is fuel efficiency and high comfort. Because it is discrete, we could park 4 night in such off-the-beaten track spots. In case of troubleshoothing, we always got a helping hand from the Owner. I highly recommend that to all the wanderers!

My fiancé and I are first time RVezy users. Elissa and Wendy were very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they made the pickup and drop off process a breeze. We had booked the van for a total of 7 days and had an easy time driving with no problems whatsoever. The van itself was extremely clean and the bed and seats were comfortable. The small portable stove/grill was nice as well. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend Elissa’s van!

PROS: Owner will pick you up at your hotel (provided you drop her off at her workplace) Owner includes bear & bug spray Owner includes a cooler with ice packages and frozen water Comfortable bed & good bedding Coleman stove provided (but no propane) No writing on van so easy to stealth camp Its probably the cheapest van in Calgary CONS Van is very beat up and suffers from deferred maintenance Manual windows and basically everything manual with no cruise control Broken side door does not lock with key so its very inconvenient to get in and out of the back Rooftop vent handle is missing so you can't let hot air out of the van No windows that open besides front ones which makes it hard to vent and hot at night Very low budget radio that did not work with my iPhone No backup camera which makes it very difficult and somewhat dangerous to backup One of the backup mirrors is cracked Dashboard constantly flashed error about tire sensor Dashboard occasionally flashed error about Stabilitrack system problem Owner works a job where she can't have a cell phone with her at all times Owners won't offer to give you a ride to the airport when you drop the car off at their house which is not too far from the airport I had the unfortunate situation where the van experienced a serious electrical problem that could have left me stranded in the middle of nowhere mountains with no cell phone service but I carefully limped the van to a very reputable and helpful mechanic. I paid to have them troubleshoot it but the owner refused to reimburse me. Try calling RVEzy and go to their "Roadside Assistance" option - it basically says go their app and you are not able to talk to a human being with that option - terrible customer service. They did not call me when the owner reported to them the breakdown - they sent me an email which I could not receive. They did call me after the trip was over to tell that it was my fault for paying for a "nonauthorized repair." When I called them back to explain my side of the story it said "all agents are busy try later." After 20 tries with no answer and no ability to wait on hold I gave up - terrible customer service. I must admit that I should have paid attention to the old adage: "You get what you pay for." In hindsight, I should have spent a few hundred more and gotten a much newer van - one that wasn't 14 years old. Not sure if I want to even rent with RVezy again - this was a stressfully bad experience marked by unempathetic customer/owner service - and expensive too.
