Family had a great time, we are new to RV’s but our experience was great! Communication was awesome, questions were answered quickly and we appreciated being able to make memories with our family and the RV. The space was perfect size for our family, we were able to enjoy the creature comforts of a home away from home and look forward to some future adventures.

Monika was very communicative and helpful.

Communication with Monika was great, and they were easy to get along with. They even got brand new tires installed to insure our safety! Loved how spacious the RV was inside, even without the slides extended, and it was very well equipped with dishes, toewls, bed linens, chairs, etc.

Our experience with Monika's Thor ACE Adventurer was less than ideal. Upon pickup, Monika informed us that the motorhome was "quirky", which wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear after spending such a huge sum of money. Sure enough, we soon discovered that the cruise control only works intermittently, the battery does not hold a charge, the transmission periodically get stuck in first, the awning doesn't work, etc etc. We suggest these quirks be revealed upfront to future travelers. As it stood, we never complained once about these items because she had warned us about the quirks. Instead, we focused on enjoying what did work and made the best of it. When we returned the motorhome to Monika, everything seemed cordial and we both were in agreement with all of our inspection levels, so it seemed all was well. Boy, we were in for a surprise when, a day after returning it, we received a nasty call from the husband, who we had never met and was not present at either pickup or delivery. He accused us of returning the vehicle with less fuel than we were provided, which was false and which contradicted Monika's inspection. He also accused us of leaving the tank half full of gray water. We never used the toilets or other plumbing whatsoever and never used hookups, so such a charge was physically impossible. He also accused us of breaking door latch, which was totally false. Evidently, his wife did not share the story of how she slammed the door way too hard upon departure, causing the red latch to get stuck in a frozen position, such that we could not exit the motorhome the first time we tried. Going forward, we suggest the husband be present at pickup and dropoff if he wishes to be involved.
