The owner was available throughout the rental period and responded quickly to any questions we had about the operation of the trailer. We have rented previously from others and this was our best experience. My one complaint is that the master bed was too short for me, I'm 6'2, but I know that is out of Johns control. Like most trailers the mattress on the beds could use an upgrade but overall a great experience and we were happy to have the trailer.
