Ty was great

Some things about the RV were not explained very well or with much detail for being my first time out in a RV. Generator operations, fuel consumption, water and waste details for instance were costs I did not prepare for but over all the rental was descent.

All in all everything was fine. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Even was available and easy to reach at all times.

Very nice and clean

Evan was incredible. He was very good at explaining everything in the RV to us so it was simple to figure out. Even though we ran late getting back, he was still very kind and understanding. Rent from Evan!!

RV worked well.

Great communication, very timely, and very friendly. Although I somehow managed to damage the ladder they were fair with their assessment of the damages. I did rate 4 out of 5 as I felt the RV shows lots of wear and tear for a 2021. Lots of creaks, plastic edging peeling, cabinets not tightly in place, and the generator kept giving a hard time starting and fuses kept blowing when running AC and microwave together. I would rent again but I would have to adjust my expectations, especially when renting only a 1 year old RV.

Evan was very responsive! Helped along the trip when we had questions. RV ran flawlessly. Very spacious RV. We even got complents on it. Zero complaints

The pictures of the rv is what you see In person ! Evan is with you from the beginning to the end, replies fast to any questions or concerns that you may have. Also the YouTube video really help you out ! Especially if your a newbie like we where !

The RV was great, though we ended up getting stuck in an unexpected blizzard... Surprisingly, this Amazing RV held up and kept our family of 5 warm until everything passed! And the owner was incredibly understanding and gracious... Would definitely rent again!
