Phil L.août 2026My partner and I were going to an Astronomy weekend at a campground north of Mt Forest, Ont. We found this provider through RV/EZ, and contacted Michael.We made our arrangements, and all was well. When we arrived at his house, to pick up the RV, it was sitting very pretty in his driveway, looking like a brand-new vehicle. Michael was very easy-going, and gave me the Grand Tour of the unit, with clear instructions regarding the functions of the unit's features (this unit has 3 pop-outs) and how to operate the various devices onboard. (I owned a 24-foot trailer for years, so a lot of this info was familiar) Once we got our stuff loaded up (there was LOTS of available storage for all our stuff - telescopes, tripods, cameras, etc). And the unit came fully equipped, with linens, dishes, pots & pans, little items like salt/pepper/coffee maker & coffee, a collapsible kettle... the list goes on and on! We left Michael's house, leaving our car in his care, and headed off to our adventure. Michael and I communicated via texts during our trip, When we returned the unit to Michael, he helped us unload our gear into our car, and we did the Return Inspection... and all was good. To make this review more concise: this was a GREAT vehicle, and a good experience for us, as this was our first rental of an RV. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, and we are going to go to him again, the next time we need to rent an RV. We are both Seniors, and it was a pleasure to deal with Michael! Thank you, sir!! The best part of this RV is that it is solar powered and even in a non electric site you can hv the lights on without running the generator. We had an amazing trip. Definitely renting again for our next trip in winter. Thanks Michael!
- Douglas T.juin 2022Michael was kind and generous with his time, and his RV looks and feels brand new. It was unbelievably clean, with a fully made bed, and even extra sleeping bags and pillows for the extra bunks, and two camping chairs stowed. It featured a basket full of extra items you may have forgotten, and a cupboard full of chips and great snacks. So much room to put things and hang out, and a nearly full-size fridge and freezer. We bunked in it over a wedding weekend so we didn’t use the stove, but the indoor shower came in handy. It even has a 407 transponder that you can reimburse the charges for, to make travel that much faster and easier. They have thought of everything. Before we left his driveway (where he will kindly let you keep your vehicle!) we had already decided to rent it again, and after the experience we are convinced it must be sooner rather than later. Thank you so much, we look forward to seeing you again!
