Kim and Joshua were a pleasure to deal with. They were very informative and quick to respond. They seemed to always be a message away and happy to help with any issues. They were also very accommodating for the pick up and drop off. The whole experience was smooth and painless. The RV itself got the job done without major issues however I didn't think it deserved a full 5-star rating and I'll explain below. I don't want this to detract our experience since we had a great time but I do feel the concerns below should be mentioned. Accuracy & Value: It's an old RV and this wasn't a surprise since it clearly lists its age in the listing but almost everything seemed to be on the verge of breaking. The important things worked flawlessly like the AC, furnace, stove, pullouts but all of the small things do add up. The one big thing is that the awning is not usable. In fact we were told not to use it and this wasn't mentioned in the listing. The rest was just an accumulation of small things like the city water hook up was broken, the hinge on the folding countertop broke (it was previously repaired), the door handle for the screen door snapped off (also previously "repaired"). All of these things are fine if you're handy and can work around them but could be a problem for others. All of these things made it harder to score higher on "value" as well. Cleanliness: The exterior of the RV was quite dirty. I don't think it was washed after being stored for the winter. The interior was clean but we were still charged a cleaning fee despite bringing it back in the same state of cleanliness.

We had a great time with Marvelous Mabel! She's very reliable, very comfortable and Kim has her stocked with all of the essentials. Kim was an absolute dream to deal with; we would definitely book with Kim again!

Mabel’s a wonderful RV to spend a week in the Rockies in. Smooth driving, comfortable bed, great table to do some photo editing from, a wonderful time.

She had a secure place to park my vehicle which was important to us. Mabel was easy to drive and everything worked well. We had a great time and would rent from Kim again.

Mabel and Kim were great for our trip. We wanted to travel with home amenities as we had our 4.5 month baby with us. Mabel worked great as we had enough room to set up our play yard and mobile swing. Kim was very thorough and explained everything with the unit. Definitely recommend!

Kim was awesome to rent from. She was thorough explaining her motor home. The motor home is well kept and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. She has many items in the RV to make camping easy.

Kim was great in explaining everything and Mabel was fantastic for our 1 week lake holiday, hosting my wife and one and a half year old baby in a pack n play. The unit was spacious enough and capable for all we needed, Mabel was a great unit and I would highly recommend Kim and Mabel!

Mable did just fine, but an old RV breaks and we had the misfortune of breaking the cabin door lock. Kim is a grate person, she was communicative and honest and eventually charged us only for the part itself. Other than that we had a grate time.

Mabel has some little osmetic things that bespeak her age, but she worked very well for us. Kim was always quick to respond, for anything we asked about.

The RV ran well. I am not happy about having to pay for an improperly attached generator exhaust hose that is now properly repaired since I was charged for "breaking" it. I would also note that this owner charges the highest cleaning fee of any class C or class A type RV. at $175. Most owners either include it in the fee or averages at $100 or less. I did rent the unit and have to take responsibility for my decision, but I will be much more discerning the next time I rent. As they say " buyer beware".
