Five out of five stars these guys. Communication was prompt and clear and their RV was everything (and more) than described. Their Forrest River Sunseeker is such a well designed and thought out RV. Simple to drive, loads of storage and everything you could want for an epic adventure or relaxing getaway. On arrival, the RV was sparkling like new. Mercedes informed me that they have it professional cleaned and detailed between rentals. With only 45,0000 miles on the clock, it took us around some of Utah’s amazing National Parks without missing a beat. Everything functioned as listed and we also really loved the electric awning which was really easy to open and close making hot afternoon shade a breeze. Craig & Mercedes are great to work with! They took the time to explain everything to us newbies, and we felt really confident for our first RV adventure. We anticipated temperatures in the teens at the Grand Canyon during our trip and I was worried the RV (or my kids!) would have problems with the cold, but Craig & Mercedes assured me everything would be fine. Indeed the rig was nice and toasty, and we all had a great time with few crowds! The RV was easy to drive and we would totally rent from them again if we are in the area! We had a blast!
