Nicholas and his family were generally respectful of the RV and returned it on time. Communication was smooth throughout the rental period. However, the RV could have been returned in the same condition it was provided (dishes washed, counters wiped down, etc.) as stated in the rental agreement. A bit more attention to interior cleanliness would have made the experience even better. He did request to add-on emptying the tanks which I am waiting for him to approve payout for. Overall, a decent rental experience.
