The unit was clean and well appointed for a family of 4. Our daughters [aged 10 and 13] enjoyed the 'den' feel of the bunks. All the beds were comfortable. Terry was an amazing host who was very helpful, and readily available to answer any questions. We were surprised that the fridge and furnace didn’t work on propane only as most RV’s usually work 2-way. Terry let us know that he was unsure and I booked an unserviceable site knowing this. Future renters, book a serviced site! Trailer is stocked good, except there was no way to make coffee in the morning! He is very friendly and very flexible and we are happy with our weekend, and we will be coming back again for sure. Thanks again 5 stars from my family for sure.

Terry set up the RV right before we arrived at the campsite and pick it up after we finished our camping trip! My experience with Terry was excellent and his RV was very clean and had everything you need! Highly recommend him, you wouldn't be disappointed!
