It was our first time renting and they talked us through the whole process and they went above and beyond answering all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!). Furthermore, through no fault of their own, we had some issues hooking up and unhooking the trailer to our car. Lise went to Canadian tire to get us the part we were missing and they stayed with us until everything was set up for us to leave safely. Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks Lise and Brad!
