Le vr n ai pas neuf mais tout fonctionne à merveille sauf le four. Quel beau voyage plus de 3800 km sans problème. Becky B.juil. 2023We rented this RV for a family of 4 adults to drive up to Jasper & camp along the way back to Banff. Shawn was extremely helpful and responded quickly to some questions both before the trip and some we had along the way. There were enough dishes and cookware for everything we wanted to make and there was enough pillows and blankets to keep us warm. The RV was able to manage mountain roads and equipment functioned with some hints from Shawn. This is a well used family unit that helped us travel to many places in the National parks for 8 days for very reasonable cost.

We are a large family, we stayed in the RV for 16 nights where we hiked the Rocky Mountains, Banff, Yahoo and Jasper. The RV is well equipped with everything needed and we didn't experience any malfunctions. Shawn's service was above and beyond, the airline changed our flights several times both on the way and on the way back and Shawn did everything to help us, even at extreme hours. Shawn was always available for any problem and need, even before our visit and during it. An extraordinary experience, recommend to everyone!
