We had an amazing experience with Chateau McAllister. Our original RV booking fell through the day before our trip, and Drew saved the day by accommodating us last-minute. The RV itself was fantastic: clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made the trip feel easy and enjoyable. Everything worked flawlessly, and Drew gave me a very detailed run-down before my departure. We’re so grateful for the flexibility and quick communication. Would absolutely rent Chateau McAllister again in a heartbeat.

From the handover Drew was very helpful and informative. The van was amazing and facilities easy to use. We had a camp site at Alice Lake with no power..the van meet all our needs. First timers using a campervan..it was a great experience.

We absolutely loved our trip in this magnificent chateau. My partner, father and I had loads of room and were very comfortable for our trip to Banff and back. RV comes fully equipped with all essentials provided. Drew, Ash and Kerry were extremely accommodating and friendly hosts. Great communication leading up and throughout the whole trip. Provided top guidance on using the RV and we had lots of fun during the handovers. RV had a battery issue that prevented dry camping but this was communicated well in advance and they were kind enough to allow us to proceed with the rental. 10/10 Would 100% rent this beauty again.

What a great week we had with the RV. Drew explained everything to us and off we went. Its a great vehicle with everything you need on board. Works perfectly for a family of four and the best i have slept our entire holiday as the bed is so comfy! Also nice to not be one of the hundreds of branded rentals you see. Drew was great and on WhatsApp as and when we had a question! Cant recommend enough.

Drew was super helpful. He answered all the questions we had with lightning speed and incapable patience, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The RV was clean and once expended - very spacious. Everything worked as advertised. Highly recommend Drew and his RV.

He gave us good instructions on how everything works and what to be careful about. It was our first time using an RV and we were able to complete our trip without any need for help, everything was working as expected. There was plenty of space for everything and everyone, the expanding side is really cool ! Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our RV’ing weekend. It was more than enough room for me and my husband and the layout was great. Even if we brought our kids, it would be roomy enough given the slide out. Everything was explained to us before the trip by Drew who was an excellent host and it was easy to learn. We will definitely rent this RV again.

The perfect guests to make us enjoy our first RV experience! Drew & Ashlee were so kind and helpful, clear and quick to answer when needed! We highly recommend to rent their RV which is very clean, perfectly equipped, spacious and easy to drive!

Drew is a perfect host. He very kindly offered to keep our suitcases so they wouldn't take up space in the RV. His RV is the perfect size as it has a length just under the limitations of some parking lots in the mountains. I recommend without hesitation.

Drew’s RV was amazing for our roadtrip from Vancouver to Banff. Fully equipped and ready to go. Drew was also very professional and chatted through everything we needed to know before heading off. Couldn’t recommend it more

This was our first RV trip and it was so amazing! Thank you for proving us with so many amenities! Our conclusion was “we might forget something, but Andrew won’t!” We can tell that Andrew took care of this RV very well. The car drives great and everything is well maintained and organised. Highly recommended!

This was our first time renting or driving an RV, and it was great! The RV has everything you could need, and is very spacious inside, especially with the slider out. I was initially a bit worried about driving on the 'wrong' (for me) side of the road but soon settled in. Canadian drivers seem very chilled! I found the side view cameras very useful when changing lanes. I highly recommend Drew for your RV experience.

RV was very clean. Had everything we needed for our trip. The kids had a great time.

The camper van was set up with everything we needed to travel, cook, sleep and relax in comfort. Everything was explained clearly to us as RV newbies to help us run it, which was really great. The slide out made it so much more spacious than we were expecting, which made it feel like a proper homely space rather than a van! Thanks for a great trip!

We had a pleasant vacation time travelling with the Château RV! Drew, the owner kindly welcome us ans provide the whole explaination on the RV! The vehicule is on a really good state, the whole fournitures simple us our Day to Day. I recommand to rent this RV! It was a Plessier to meet Drew ans hier wife.

The RV was perfect for our trip. It was the first RV experience for the 4 of us and it was exactly what we hoped for. Drew showed us how to do everything to use his RV so we had no trouble. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside speaker was great for playing a little music. We would defiantly book his RV again.

It was a pleasure to have rented this RV with Drew and his wife. The RV was very clean and well kept, they were flexible with the pick up time as well as the return time. They also provided some basic supplies that was much appreciated. Great experience and I would/will most definitely rent from them again!
