We were first time RV campers with SUV. Renting from Francis and Ren was the best thing we could do for our first experience. They communicated all requirements well in advance so that we had enough time to do the 7-pin wiring and they kindly let us check the wiring, the brake controller, and the hitch hight a week before the trip to make sure we can make this trip with no issues. They spent more than an hour to explain all details and allowed us to record a video for things that we may forget. They offered their own Bluetooth brake controller which was helpful. Their RV comes with all necessary stuff that makes the experience hassle free and memorable. The RV is in good condition and clean with enough space for a family of 3 or 4. Every time I messaged Frances, she got back to me on the same day. Overall we had a great experience during our first time RV camping. I highly suggest renting Rosie to everyone.

This is the third time we've rented this trailer, and it's been an excellent experience each time. The trailer is easy to tow with a large sedan/small SUV. It comes fully equipped with everything you are likely to need - big fridge, queen bed, AC and heat, and more than enough cooking and eating gear. The water and waste tanks are good for 3 days for 2 people. Ren and Frances are very helpful. We cannot say enough good things.

We rented Rosie for a camping weekend at the Pinery. Pickup and return was very easy. Trailer was in great condition. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating (we even got complementary freezies when we returned). The trailer is a great size for a family of 4 and came with many useful extras. Would rent again!

We took Rosie on a 9 day trip round North and Central Muskoka Provincial parks. The trailer is easy to tow behind my basic Subaru Outback, and reversing into sites was not a problem, even in some of the difficult sites. The trailer is very comfortable for two people, with a good sized bed and table inside and enough storage. The water and waste tanks lasted three days without filling or emptying. We never used the shower because there were always showers at the parks. The awning is a good size and sturdy enough to shelter from the rain, giving you lots of space inside and out even in bad weather. The owners were very helpful, and made sure Rosie had everything necessary, and some nice extras like an outside table. The fridge/freezer works well on gas or AC power, keeps things really cold, and is a good size. We will probably rent Rosie again next year.

A great experience. The trailer was clean and well-equipped, came with everything they said it would. Towing was easy, the borrowed brake controller worked fine. Frances and Ren were very helpful in setting things up. We will be doing this again.
