He was available during the trip when I had questions and even made the drive out to double check things when I thought there was an issue with the water tank. Remarkable level of service, care, and concern.

Communication before, during and afterthe trip was very clear and Steve was very responsive. He was able to walk me through a few things I did not know about the RV when I was actually on site with it. The drop off and pick up by his guys were on time and as expected. I would definitely rent from him again.
