First Canadian RV experience with my wife and son. And Wow! Gren’s RV was a rugged, safe and fun house on wheels. We are now planning for next year already.

Gren was great to communicate with. He replied to messages promptly and text messages while on vacation with questions. The rental has many helpful items that we can easily forget to pack (paper towel, dish and hand soap), which made for an enjoyable experience. The kids loved the cabin bunk- it's a great rental!

Gren was flexible with the pick-up/drop-off time, allowing us to choose when worked for us. They were there as arranged, finishing up the cleaning as we pulled up. The RV gave us no problems, at least in part because of the thorough tour of the RV that Gren gave us; he was completely transparent and honest about pre-existing issues.

We had the pleasure of renting this RV from June 27th to July 14th to travel to the East coast and it was an excellent experience! The RV was well maintained, clean and everything functioned properly, and it fully met our needs. Communication with Gren was prompt and effortless, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

This was our family's first RV experience. Overall it was good. I found this RV pretty easy and comfortable to drive. Everything worked well. When I did have a couple of questions, Gren was available and responded quickly. It was as advertised and I would rent this RV from.Gren again.

Great experience, the pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Everything in the RV worked well, my only negative would be that the RV needs a bit of maintenance to be a true 5 star experience. Thank you again Gren and Jerry for great experience!

It was an enjoyable time having a place to sleep and eat while visiting our family.

This was our first renting a RV and dealing through RVeasy, the app and commutation was less that idea slow short replies we wanted to have a look previous to taking the unit which didn't happen, so we missed taking some of our stuff forwarding overall a good experience, RV worked and drove well, will likely rent from Gren again if unit is available

Motor home ran well mechanically no issue. We arrived to pick up and found awning doesnt work. Owner said he would give us unlimited mileage for this issue. Cupboard door under stove was hanging by one hinge and the panel behind the passenger seat was also disconnected before we ever left Waterloo. We had trouble getting the fridge going and contacted the owner a couple of times and still the fridge wasnt working until the next day. The motor home was not the cleanest. We took all our own silver ware and dishes and left owners in a box at home. Motor home rattled alot especially the cupboard with the stove in it, the cupboard was not properly fastened to the unit which led to the extra counter bracket piece broke on the second day from the vibration. Vibration was really bad, when you went over any little bump the cupboard just rattled really bad. Soon as I left the pick up there was banging occurring which we put up with the whole trip.

There were a lot of items that were either broken, did not work, or not clean: - Back up battery would not hold a charge which meant that we had to run the generator constantly otherwise we had the 'no power' alarm beeping constantly. - Furnace did not work even when the generator was running - Drawer behind the drivers seat would not stay closed - The counter extension hinge was broken - We paid for linens and were provided with only 2 flat sheets for 3 beds. The duvets and pillow cases were stained and did not appear to be clean. - The dishes and pots and pans were dirty.
