Crystal was amazing to deal with... Efficient and so quick to reply and extremely accommodating. The RV is in impeccable condition and fully equipped with everything you can imagine and more.. It is also impeccably clean and there was nothing at all for us to do but enjoy the time as a family! We will definitely be renting again in the future and recommending it to our friends and family. Extra bonus was Crystal and Rick delivering the RV to our door and picking it back up! Not to mention, one of the many best their RV is allowing our family french bulldog Olive to come along! We had an amazing camping experience with Crystal's RV. This was our first time on an RV, and we couldn't ask for a better host or a better vehicle. Check in and out is thorough but smooth. Crystal took at least 45 mins of her time to make sure we understood all the controls, which are easy and intuitive to use. Rick was very knowledgeable and was there to answer any technical questions about the equipment and propper usage. The RV was a true gem! It is meticulously maintained, easy to maneuver within the two Ontario Parks campgrounds we visited, and is tastefully equipped with everything you can possibly think of for a great family trip.The RV's road manners are truly impressive and very predictable, even on challenging roads. Gas milage was unexpectedly great. All the equipment worked flawlessly. The level of detail and expense this host goes through to ensure we had a pleasant and safe experience was showing in every corner. When she said to bring our food and clothes only, she wasn't joking! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and we recommend this RV to all campers and road trippers who are looking to elevate their camping experience!
