Rhett D.juil. 2019Livré par l’hôteJill and Andy were absolutely wonderful people to deal with, they delivered the RV on time (even when the weather was not ideal). Communication with them was very easy and smooth. Since we were first timers, Andy took the time to setup the trailer in the campsite with us (now we know better). The only comment I got from my companions that went with us was that there was initially a funny smell in the rv trailer, I think when we got some of the mats outside, it became better. Anyways, we brought in home scents so personally I did not notice anything. The owners made sure the battery was 100%, since we only had it overnight, there were plenty of water and propane to spare. Overall it was a very pleasant experience in their "Roo", and everybody had a good time and a good night sleep in the warm rv, protecting us from the elements!

- Carlos T.mai 2019This was an excellent experience! Jill and Andy are very personable and even did up a video for us to teach us how to set up weight distribution bars. The trailer is well equiped and they were always available for questions. Location for pick up is ideal, on west side of city headed out on the Trans Canada. 5 minutes away from the highway. Highly recommend!! C and J
