Exactly as advertised, very comfortable. We where 8 trailers camping together and many where envy of the space we space. Appreciate the cleanliness and the easy of getting in touch with the host. They where quite accommodating and Had a lot of extra stuff like extensions, plug ins, and even games and a kurig machine. We spent 4 days with a generator and used 1 1/2 full large 30lbs propane probably because it was this October 1st weekend with 6 degree Celsius over night. We did not even use 1/2 of the water tank and both the gray and black water was less than 1/2 full at the end of our journey. I would definitely recommend this host to friends and familly.

We were really happy with their RV, for me and my 3 little kids. We had a beautiful experience. The owner explained well how to use the RV and nice to meet. Will go again!

Great trailer everything worked as specified. Nice to have a couple of adult sized single bunks in the back. Well facilitated with all necessary items for comfortable camping.

Overall a good experience, owner is prompt at answering. We had a couple of issues: the fridge wasn’t pre-Chilled and took until the following morning to become cold, and overall cleanliness could have been better.

The RV was as expected, very well stocked with everything that we needed. Only issue was the RV plug was touchy and was not informed of it ahead of time and lost what foods were put in the fridge as we only notice this the following day. Also, the septic tank was not fully emptied out .

Now that our week is over, we feel that the rental is not what we expected - The owner was anxious to make everything convenient for us to pick up the RV and many reassurances were offered. We had the impression that everything was "good to go" for a week on our property that does not have water and power. The lack of potable fresh water due to incomplete dewinterization of the RV, and then the last 2 1/2 days without toilet facilities were quite stressful. There is no information, no owner's manual or anything to help a person troubleshoot when a problem arises. We think there should be a more complete orientation to the use of the RV, so that the renter can understand how everything works. If first time RV'ers want to rent the RV they need more support and coaching than we received. We appreciate that the owner took responsibility for the service rendered at the local RV Centre in the town where we were staying, and thank God the local RV centre was there there to help. However, we were the ones who had to find a way to get the RV to the centre to be serviced and back to our property. It took away from a family member's busy work day at this time of year. We know what is involved to rent to people and we think that if the plan is to rent the RV long term, then a more complete introduction to the RV should be planned. If the dewinterization process is delegated to someone else, we would suggest to do do so through a reputable dealer. The feedback we received is that we did not get the help we should have. A good understanding of how the gauges, etc. work on the RV is imperative so that the renter can be shown and helped to better understand how everything works. The sound system and TV to watch DVD's or listen to the radio is quite complicated so there should be a manual for that as well. The renter should be shown how the light switches, toilet, shower, stove, and furnace work, etc. This feedback is passed on so that future renters will not go through what we went through if the repairs are not completed. We think that there should be compensation for the troubles encountered. We were left with the feeling that we did something to cause these problems, when in reality the problems were there when we rented the RV but we did not know until we were settling in at the location where we stayed.
