They delivered the unit to where we were going and it was such a nice surprise to see everything set up and ready to go. They also were great at explaining all the ins and outs of the unit so that we could have a great week. The unit is great- it had many little amenities that made the trip awesome! From camp chairs to outside BBQ, it was all appreciated. The only thing I would say and just because we love a big comfy bed is that I would bring an extra foamy, based on my personal preferences.

Brad and Laura T.août 2023We appreciated the kind and clear communication from Oscar and the ease of pick up/drop off as well as the great trailer layout. While we did receive a small amount of compensation for it, the unit was very dirty. We had to spend the first couple of hours of our trip cleaning the RV as it had a layer of dirt/dust on everything, the kitchen cabinets were in disarray and many of the kitchen supplies were coated in grease and dirt and required a wash before using. A few kitchen essentials (toaster, water jug) were not included or didn't work/were broken and it also took the fridge nearly 24 hours to work after hooking up. The awning is broken on one side and there are not LED lights in it (they have a set of outdoor lights you can string up yourself). There were also things like half used toothpaste etc in the cabinets which for a rental unit we didn't think were appropriate and we had to move or store them elsewhere so we could use the space for our own items. A few things weren't as described in the ad and that was disappointing but not a huge deal. If this unit was cleaned well, organized, and maintained/stocked a bit better it would be receiving 5*s. Also, just a note if you're tall or on the taller side, the RV king bed is quite short.
