The trailer was perfect for our needs, and came as advertised. The owners, Amber and Jimmy, accommodated our schedule, responded promptly to any questions we had, and were there for pick up and return to hitch up to my truck.

Renting from Amber was a great experience. She was a very flexible host and communication was smooth. The trailer was clean and perfect for our needs.

Host was responsive

The good: The RV was very clean, Jimmy and Amber are both very friendly, welcoming and responsible hosts, Jimmy hooked the trailer up for me and did a great job explaining how to hook/unhook, fill and pump out the trailer so that I was confident I could do it on my own, when we had trouble Jimmy and Amber were responsive and helpful with troubleshooting The less good: The trailer battery was dead when I picked it up and apparently trucks won't charge trailer batteries unless they have a tow package/trailer brake controller, so that meant we got to our unpowered site and had no battery to run the water pump or fridge. This ended up being a warranty issue on their end that I'm sure they've already had fixed. I also couldn't get propane to the outside stove that we weren't able to troubleshoot our way through, but I'm sure has also been fixed. Despite technical difficulties, this trailer comfortably slept my family of four, though I would highly recommend being at a powered site to avoid battery frustration.

The trailer was a good size for our family of four. It was clean upon pickup, but be aware that this trailer comes with absolutely nothing, not a plate, cooking utensils, toaster, absolutely nothing. Unfortunately there were a few issues during our rental period. But the biggest issue was we had no hot water for the entire week. This was very disappointing. We also had some issues with drop off, the host changed the location last minute and also wanted me to clean the trailer as her next renters were picking it up the same day. Not very impressed with that

Host was good, communicated well. Disappointed nothing in trailer, no plates, silverware, no propane. I think that is apart of essentials for camping.

Experience was good

We rented this trailer for a 4-night stay and, while the booking process was smooth, our experience with the trailer itself was disappointing. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. The trailer was not in the best condition—several blinds were non-functional, a side table was broken, and the awning didn't work, which was unfortunate. The Murphy bed was also not functional, making it difficult and unsafe to convert into a couch. Additionally, the freezer handle was missing, making it difficult to use. When we brought these issues to the host's attention, they blamed us for some of the problems and denied others, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the trailer was spacious and the layout was convenient for our needs. While the host did address some of our concerns, the condition of the trailer and the response to our feedback could use improvement. I would recommend this rental only for those who are comfortable with a few quirks and potential issues.
