This was my first RV experience, and the THOR MOTOR COACH VEGAS hose was AWESOME!!! Our flight was 3.5 hours delayed and he allowed us to check in even through it was much later than our stated pickup window. Being my first time in an RV, he went through everything in detail when we arrived. I was shot from the long travel and did not remember half of it. Our host was very responsive and messaged us with answers quickly throughout the trip. The RV was a joy to drive and easy to maneuver. I highly recommend this RV and Host.
