It was pure luxury—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable it truly felt like a home, not a trailer. Every detail was thoughtfully set up, from the plush seating to the fully equipped kitchen. Kevin’s service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. We’ll absolutely be booking again!

Kitchen had ample room for prep and cleaning, with a fridge and freezer. Was nice to have a bathroom with shower if needed (didn't use but did work). Very quick to respond, and appreciated the option of add ons (generator, propane, etc.)

Kevin came through and saved the day for my bday and family reunion. the camping chairs were awesome and we even had a propane fire pit all the bells and whistles, Kevin is a class act and his deliver and pick up was flawless, so easy. we will be doing this again thanks Kevin
- Chris D.mai 2023Livré par l’hôteKevin was great to communicate with, that said we did have several issues. We were dry camping and needed to have a generator. Unfortunately it was not delivered with the trailer and ended up coming the next day. The Campground only allows for the generator to run during 2 specific windows each day. By the time got it and running we'd already missed 2 days. Add to this their was a leak in the toilet system in the bathroom itself (this was not grey water) but it did leak significantly soaking all the towels we put down several times. Kevin was amazing at coming in the next day and repairing the leak and bringing in the generator. However, by the time we went to sleep on day 2 (the generator having run for the max allowable time that night) the light started flickering and water pump stopped working. We had to wait for the following morning to get the generator going again and use the bathroom and run water for cooking. Day 3 morning wasn't great.. I think this size trailer needs to have the generator running everyday to keep the battery from tapping out. As a result we also did not get to use the shower. There were no showers or flush toilets at the campground. We rented this trailer because we wanted the facilities, water and power for all these reasons. We were disappointed and cut our trip short by a day. As much as Kevin was amazing, i think we could have avoided all of this if trailer and accessories had all been prep'd before transport to the campground.
