Amazing experience. First and won’t be the last. Had to book last minute and after many other interactions Michelle pulled through and said it was ready to go. Had a minor issue on the road but they ensured we were taken care of by getting a technician out immediately to repair everything. We went all the way to Banff in October weather and made many memories can’t wait to do it again!

We had a good RV experience. Mechanically, the RV performed well. On the plus side, it was well stocked with essentials like camp chairs, outdoor rug, bbq. The owners were great to deal with and they even added a bike rack for us. Kitchen stuff was adequate. As far as areas for improvement, the vehicle was overstocked with the owner’s personal items (toys, games, kid’s stuff, +/- 12 travel coffee mugs) which took up nearly all the cupboard/storage space; we were two adults so we had to remove it all and store it in order to get our things in. The kitchen could use a few basic items like mixing bowls, wine glasses, pasta strainer. Also, for our standards, the RV could have been in a cleaner state when we got it. In summary, addressing these areas of improvement would take our rating on this experience from a 4 star to a 5 star.

We had a great time taking the RV to Tofino, great communication with Michelle and Mark, it is nice that the RV is stocked with all the basic things such as pots and dishes we need for the trip.

The owner communicated very well with pickup and drop-off arrangements, as well as questions I had while we were camping. We had not been advised that the generator was not working before we picked it up which was a big concern since we were traveling to a provincial park without hook-ups. Running the vehicle for 30 minutes to 1 hour every other day charged the battery to be able to use the water pump and lights. The RV is filled with the owners personal camping gear which can be a benefit, however, there wan't much room to store food.

Acceptable Rv, the generator did not worked which should have been advised and discounted on the price because of that most of the electronic items did not worked unless you were plugged in. Few lights did not work. For people that has never used one rv before a bit more detailed explanation or a guide with some simple pictures would help. Regardless of that Mark and Michelle have helped on any matter they could and we enjoyed.

M&M’s Rv was fantastic for us. A great size. Very driveable and very comfortable. We went down the Oregon Coast with our dog. The RV made it a wonderful trip.

As of August 2023 Mark was a pleasure to deal with, the RV functioned as designed. Unlimited Generator usage was a bonus. The RV could have been cleaner, but what can you expect from a private rental. All the "nice to have" stuff was included, like camp chairs, large outdoor rug, small propane BBQ and outdoor table. I would rent again. Some tips for future renters: emptying the waste tanks is a dirty and unsanitary job, bring rubber gloves. There was a large tear in the vinyl flooring underneath the slide-out that you will not notice during your pre-trip inspection (and doesn't affect the usability at all) but the owner is aware and should not affect your deposit. The owners live in a townhouse complex and park the RV on nearby streets. Please note that if you leave your vehicle there, it would be parked on public streets. I didn't have any issues during the 3 days my car was parked. As help for future renters, there is a Shell station near the drop off that has both Propane and Gasoline, 12791 72 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 2M7

Had some issues but Owner came out right away to tend to us.

I would not rent this RV in the future. When I picked it up it stank like sewage to find out the septic was not dumped from last person who rented it. Also we found cigarette butts and fridge stank as well. Generator was not working also. We were promised a partial refund when I picked it up but when I returned it ( in 10 times better condition ) I was offered $50. Also they expect you to return the RV by 11am which is unreasonable if you go out of town. If you end up renting this Rv make sure you discuss return time as they use the extended time as some sort of allowance for crappy condition of the RV. I wish we had a better experience!
