Karen and Richard were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They were super accommodating with pickup/drop off and understanding with the few small issues we had with our trailer on their trip. The trailer was returned in immaculate condition. 10/10 for being great humans, 10/10 would deal with Karen and Richard again.
