We added delivery/pick-up and Charles was easy to communicate with to arrange these times and provided a great walk through. Trailer was stocked with all the necessities of camping. Trailer is smaller, which we needed to fit the small site we were in, yet it was still very functional for our family of 3, with plenty of storage.
