The delivery/pick up process was really smooth as well, Will was really informative explaining all the things about the RV for us newbies. Everything worked great and it was a great way to experience the outdoors. Only thing we would recommend to improve is that the main beds mattress is in definite need of an upgrade, could feel the spring through. Other than that it was a great experience!!!
