Very nice people to have a guests in my trailer. The condition of the trailer was the condition that I gave them. There was one issues with the weather , Shirley informed myself that there was a small leak in the skylight above the sink, I went the next day to spray any suspected areas with rubber coating. It rained again I was told and no leak

Shirley was a great renter, responsive and tidy. Look forward to renting to them again in the future
