From the moment we arrived, it was clear that he had gone above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Rob was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience feel effortless. He communicated clearly and walked me through everything—from setting things up to using the lights, heater, and hot water. He even showed us how to properly drain the full black and grey water tanks. I’d definitely rent from him again because of the excellent service he provided.

His setup was very thorough and he took time to explain the different components of the trailer. The trailer was well stocked with tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, and kitchen wrap. I would highly recommend Rob’s rental.

It came with chairs, coffee pots, toasters, pots and pans which was awesome to be able to use them. It is a very quiet camper and you don’t hear anything from outside. The outdoor kitchen is really nice to use. Overall we had a great experience!

Ended up talking to Rob-he was able to help out and quickly booked us in for 3 nights and with delivery. Great communication, great service/customer relations, great unit, great value. He delivered and set up/picked up-recommend this-made life so much easier getting there and leaving. Hook ups were on, trailer was cool, fridges were cool, chairs out, mats placed and secured, lights on-perfect. Unit is great-2 adults, 3 teen girls and a dog. Comfortable, well appointed, everything you need, awesome outdoor kitchen. Recommend and would definitely book with Rob again in a heartbeat.

The trailer itself was exactly what we’d hoped with all the modern features you could ask for including a/c, separate bunk room, outdoor kitchen, huge awning, tv, fireplace and indoor/outdoor speakers with Bluetooth. Rob delivered, set up and collected the trailer at the agreed times and made the walkthroughs and paper work easy. We’ll 100% be looking to book this trailer again!

He was very accommodating with dates and timing. Any questions we had or texts we sent were immediately returned. The trailer setup was so nice and perfect for our family. We will definitely use Rob again.
