We had to cancel due to a family situation and Shelby was kind enough to change our 4 day rental to 2 day since we couldn’t cancel the day of the rental. Great communication back and forth and thank you

While communicating with the hosts/owbers of the RV was smooth and we had no issues there, be warned this is an older unit with lots of exterior & interior damage and not one I would rent again. 1) the unit was/has been smoked in and this was not advised on the listing. I have an allergy to cigarette smoke so it was very uncomfortable for me to sleep or be in the unit. 2) the back left support under the unit was totally missing 3) kitchen sinks were missing plugs, impossible to wash dishes in the sinks 4) the unit itself was not very clean inside, with the window blinds and walls very dusty and dirt filled; as well as the fridge was not wiped out and had grime on the door handles - we wiped the entire unit down before unpacking anything as it was not well cleaned. Why is a cleaning fee being charged? 5)mattress listed as a queen but at best is a double. I did measure it and it is not a queen size mattress. 6) door handle to fridge freezer is broken - made it almost impossible to open without a struggle, so we did not use it 7) despite it being an older model, there is alot of exterior and interior damage & holes, I have photos but can not find a place to attach them 8)the awning is broken and not useable. I did not recall seeing that in the listing. However I did not snippet what the listing had said when I made the reservation 6 months ago, so have no proof that it was not stated at the time I made the reservation. I looked today and it is stated on the reservation and quite prominent. Would not rent the unit again.
