This was my first time renting an RV. The owners were very helpful and gave me tips. she was available throughout my whole entire trip to answer phone calls and text messages. The camper is new and fully equipped. Also the owner is fully bilingual so don't let the language barrier stop you from having a good time ... Recommended all the way I will be returning
