Bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and dishes - all in. We really enjoyed listening to music on the outdoor speakers! Propane heater worked awesome on a very cold (20F) Texas weekend. Charles was very gracious when I was running late for checkin, and was spot on time for checkout. Helped me check in and out through the app and couldn't have been friendlier and nicer! If there were 6 stars I'd give it!

Our favorite part is it's not a gooseneck so no stepping up into the private master bedroom with a comfy king size bed! Charles is a great host and always communicates when needed.

It had all of the items we needed during an eight day stay—towels, rags, utensils, paper towels, trash bags, cutting boards, paper plates, linens, comforters, pillows, etc. It also smelled perfectly new and was extremely clean. Charles was patient with us as it took us longer to get to our destination than originally planned, but he showed us how everything worked and where things were located and made sure to answer any questions we had. It was set up perfectly and we had zero issues. We had an excellent time and will definitely book again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Charles!

We rented the rv for a week on our property for several different guests that were coming in at different times during the week. Charles came and set it up and made sure everything was in order before he left. The RV was fully stocked for cooking, as well as plenty of towels and hand cloths.Everything was clean. TV gotgreat reception. Bathroom has a bice shower. Each and every guest bragged on the comfort of the rv. The AC was Cold and the large bed was very very comfortable!! I would strongly recommend this RV rental for anyone! We are so glad we did it and know who to call next time!
