It was a pleasure meeting Lou and Amanda. On pickup day, Lou listened intently as all the instructions were described. During the vacation we communicated to sort out a few problems and both Amanda and Lou were quick to answer, and ask, questions, to ensure they were doing the right things. The trailer was returned clean and tidy, it was a pleasure renting to them. I would gladly recommend Amanda and Lou, and I look forward to renting to them again. Thank you
