Once we got to our destination, we enjoyed this camper. Everything was as described and the layout is really nice for a family vacation. Unfortunately our experience with cleanliness and communication for this rental was not very positive. The owner was accommodating in allowing us to pick up the camper early, for which we were very grateful! When we arrived however, there was no information about how to properly hook up the weight distributing hitch and documentation in general for use was poor and mixed in with personal documents. After messaging (and googling) we got the hitch secured. Inside we found that the camper had not been cleaned and many personal items were left inside, so we had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning the bathroom, moving personal items, and prepping the camper for our use. We messaged the owner but did not hear back for over 24 hours. They did apologize for not having it cleaned, and the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We specifically enjoyed the layout that includes the couch as well as the power awning. Both were nice conveniences that made our stay easier.
