À propos de Adel

Adel was very quick to reply when we had questions. She is a very nice lady. We were encouraged even more to go on our first time trip. We would suggest her to other people.

Bonne expérience malgré un petit mal entendu de communication can’t le départ.

Very easy to work with and understanding. Everything in the unit worked perfect.

Adel and Terry were helpful and friendly hosts. The RV was great!

Adel was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. Their motorhome was great. We would definitely rent from them again!

This was the first experience in a motorhome. My wife and I had tons of memorable experience and memories. If you have not done yet, I would strongly recommend to have this great experience.

Everything was as advertised. Great way to get on camping with everything provided. Great communication with the host whenever we had questions. Can recommend.

Adele was great to deal with, Motorhome was clean and ready to go when we picked it up.

All was very good

We loved our experience so much we added an additional night to our booking. - Thank you Terry and Adel!

Great experience

The RV was great. Well equipped and maintained. Adel is a pleasure to deal with. Pick up was right on time which we really appreciated.

5 star to Adel. Very easy to work with and would recommend this unit for your next holiday on wheels!

This was our first time renting a RV . This couple was very helpful with any questions we had and having a policy of allowing us to phone them 24/7 if needed. The RV was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. We strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to go RVing. They made our adventure easy!

Very nice people and very nice RV experience. The RV was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided by renter. Friendly and courteous service throughout our whole experience !!!

Adele is great and very kind. Since the first communication on RVEZY in January 2022, Adele has always been cordial, welcoming and has always answered our questions. Upon delivery, Adele explained how the RV works. Finally, the RV was immaculate, clean and perfect. Adele and her husband Terry participated in the success of our family roadtrip at summer 2022. Thank you. (translated by Google)

Amazing host, great trailer, everything was super!

Great service and communications. Trailer had all that was needed for camping. Recommended!

Great RV, Adel was easy to deal with and the trip went great! Would 100% recommend renting an RV from Adel to visit the Rockies!

Lots of room, necessities and extras provided, all for a great price.

Our RVezy rental from Adel was awesome. She went above and beyond for us. The RV was clean and perfect for our trip from Edmonton to Jasper to Lake Louise to Kootenay and Banff! Adel even helped with a bit of groceries and a changed airport pickup time when we had some flight issues. We will be forever grateful for this time spent with our family of 4!

The RV was clean and functioned as described. Adel and Terry were friendly and communicated well with us when we had questions on the road, despite the limitations of our cell service. We had some difficulty getting in and out of the bed at our age but managed okay. Overall we had a great experience and Adel and Terry were understanding and flexible with meeting us near our hotel and with the RV return. (We were actually 5 nights in Jasper Park, Alberta, Canada, not the US as this review choice offers.)

The RV was well equipped with all the necessities which made our travel very smooth and comfortable. Host was available to answer out questions at all time and they were very helpful and friendly. We would rent RV with them again if need be. Thanks you Adel for letting us use your RV and being so helpful.

Great RV and even better people to deal with! This was my family's second trip to the rockies in a rented RV and this Adel and Terry were much better to deal with than the commercial place I used last time. Communication was top notch, the RV was in excellent shape and came fully equipped, pick-up and return were super flexible, and the price was much more affordable. Highly recommend this great RV!

This RV has everything you need to make your camping adventures easy and enjoyable. It is clean and comfortable.

We had a great experience and will rent again in the future. Thank you Adelheid!

Very easy and positive dealings with Adel, great communication. RV is great, reliable, and did the job wonderfully. No issues.

Adele was great to work with and very accommodating! I would definitely rent from her again.

Adel was so friendly and easy to deal with. The RV is starting to show its age but overall very comfortable and has everything one could want!

We had a great weekend with this motorhome. Fully stocked, ran great and was easy to set up. We would definitely rent this motorhome again.

An excellent overall rental. From two of the most accommodating people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rv was in excellent condition with all the little bits you would need.

Ok, ty

The trailer was fully stocked and ready for us, delivered and picked up on time, fast communication. We had a great experience renting from Adel!

We had such a great Staycation all over Alberta is this amazing RV. Adel and Terry were amazing to communicate with, and had filled the RV with anything you could possibly need or want. This is the way to do a family vacation hands down. It was perfect for our family of 3 and our golden retriever. Thanks so much!

RV is spacious, comfortable, felt very luxurious -Amazing experience, RV had no issues, great condition, super comfortable. Adel and her husband are very easy going individuals that offer a fine service allowing us to rent out their RV and a detailed overview of the mechanicals, gadgets that the RV comes with prior to departure, very easy people to communicate with. As a first time RV renter through RVezy I am lucky to have been approved by them and privileged to utilize their mobile home. 5/5 Will definitely request their services once more should the need arise.

We had a great time taking this motorhome out for the weekend. It arrived clean and stocked with supplies for our trip. Everything worked as expected and no issues to report. Adel was flexible and easy to deal with.

Adel was awesome. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Adel dropped off the motor home at my house in St Albert which was very nice and everything in the motorhome was in excellent working order and clean. This was the first time I have used RV Ezy and the experience was very good. I would recommend using RV Ezy again and renting from Adel again.

Adel was excellent to answer questions and amenable to my requests. The RV was as advertised and stocked with cutlery, kitchen supplies and more. Only one minor inconvenience was that the fuel was only 3/4, which was a bit of a pain to fill back to 3/4 and the propane was empty when I received it (but I was reimbursed the expense with evidence of a receipt).

We had a great trip. Very clean and well maintained motor home. Lots of storage and very roomy for the 2 of us. Loved it!!!

The best trip ever Thank-you!

Great motorhome & owner was accommodating and friendly.

All was great.

Very nice and easy to drive unit. Had all of the amenities. We had a great trip thanks to Adel.

Comfortable unit, easy to operate, full amenities provided.

Our experience was very good. Unit worked great and the owners were very helpful.

Adel was very helpful and responsive to questions, her RV was amazing for my family of 4 plus dog.

Great rv, smooth process, owners were very nice.

Great motorhome! Everything you need for camping! She explained everything we needed. Would def rent this motor home again!

What an amazing first RV experience! Adel was so great to communicate with and she made the rental seamless. The RV was stocked with anything you would need or think of which was very appreciated. The RV was very clean and drove so nice. Easy to park and operate! This was my first RV experience and it will not be my last!

Great RV! Hosts we're great!

The most amazing experience! Adel was kind, and warm hearted. She drove the 5th wheel to our location and picked it up. She was so easy going about the times we set for pick up and drop off. She set everything up for us so we literally had to worry about nothing. The 5th wheel was stocked with everything and more as well! Will be dealing with her again!

Adel was great to deal with. The unit performed perfectly and we had a great weekend.

It was great .

Trailer was great! Perfect for our long weekend !

Adel & Terry were a delight to deal with! It was a smooth, seamless transaction and I am so thankful for the delivery & pick-up option. The RV was very clean and it had everything you could possibly need. Thanks for allowing us to use your camper - my son and I enjoyed our weekend!

Awesome experience

Thanks.

Not worth the money. The RV was in average shape. Individual who is renting out RV, uses social media to advertise, communicating on social media in private message making agreements. Pricing that was offered was different than what was on RVeasy and Credit card charge. Disappointing transaction. Will not use in the future.
