Yea this has been horrid. Rv easy doesn't protect its customers and the owner shouldn't own let alone rent an RV. My weekend was ruined I slept ina tent and my truck almost got destroyed by the owners on return again by not knowing how to properly level a trailer with RATED SAFTY EQUIPMENT!!!! 100% Never rent again

We rented the rv for a weekend with my family of 4 in Wisconsin and it was simply amazing, Jack and Allison do a great job all the way around, and id recommend it to any one looking for a home away from home get away,
