She delivered the trailer to us at our campsite as we didn't have the right vehicle to tow. She gave us very clear instructions as it was our first camping in a trailer trip. The trailer was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Our only complaint was that we didn't book it longer! We felt we could deal with any situation that could come up. We were warm and cozy using minimal amounts of propane. We would rent it again.
