Easy transaction, and we were back on our way. They paid for everything on the spot. Highly recommend Jean's Winnie to anyone looking for a high-quality RV experience.

Hilary D.mai 2022Jean's Winnebago totally exceeded our expectations. Jean is a very gracious host and he took lots of time to explain all of the workings of Winnie to us, from the big picture down to the use of the TV's and kitchen appliances. This was great for first timers like us. Winnie herself is kitted out with a lot of considerate extras, like labelled spices, nice towels, pillows and sheets, and everything you need in a compact kitchen. The chairs and camp table are a really nice inclusion. Winnie drives like a dream and everything works. The AC is nice and cold and the water is hot, there are newer fancy screen doors and windows, and the brand new mattress is a dream. While this is a 2013 model, it feels updated and fresh and cozy, and isn't overly complicated to use. Jean was there to answer questions for us by phone and was understanding about little problems including not knowing how to release the parking brake. He went the extra mile to ensure our first RV experience was a great one.
