We had some issues with the electrical breaker for the generator which couldn’t be resolved during our time but they made good efforts to help us. Right from the offset, Tim provided a thorough walkthrough and walkthrough brief so we felt confident before hitting the road. The RV was fully equipped with all the essentials, down to the small details like extra napkins and supplies, which saved us so much hassle. Even when we ran into a quick issue mid-trip and had to reach out, Jay responded with top-tier customer service and resolved everything smoothly and patiently. They genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a reliable, fully stocked RV with incredible hosts, look no further. Highly recommended! - 5.0

Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, from utensils to cookware, and the beds were cozy. Jay was very friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The RV drove great and was exactly as described in the listing. The sunset view at Madawaska made the trip unforgettable. Highly recommend Jay’s RV to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable getaway!

Rebecca R.sept. 2023Jay and Tim’s camper is very easy to set up. It’s clean when we get it and there were no issues throughout the trip. They are very responsive with questions and are very through with the walk through. We had a mysterious damage on the sewage cap but the damage charge was reasonable. Overall great host and would definitely recommend and rent with them again! Although would be nice if we could get free parking in the future! - 4.3AWAnne W.sept. 2023RV ran well and was surprisingly good on gas! As we are a family of 3 (large) adults travelling, the sleeping areas are more designed for smaller people (namely children). The master bed however was extremely comfortable! Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and they tried very hard to accommodate us.

- 2.3BBBernabe B.août 2024Jay were very accommodating. Motor home is a solid 7.5 out of 10. Mechanically good. Interior in good condition other than normal wear and tear from a motor home of its age, and rental use. We are disappointed AFTER returning it. We were advised of an unexpected $112 + $150 + 20% for accordion door that divides main area to the bedroom and bathrooms. They claim we broke that door, when it’s very difficult to claim a party that only rented it for 2 days. On top of that jay claimed that we broke a drawer. We will never rent from this people again. We felt treaded unfairly, and somehow felt like a pushy sales person was trying to stick their hands on our pocket more and more.
